Privacy statement

This is the privacy statement of Hab Klusjesman (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 82531250). It explains which data I process when you visit this website or contact me, why, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

Hab Klusjesman, Habtom Ghilazghi. Reachable at info@habklusjesman.nl or +31 6 85 737 200.

When you contact me

This site has no contact form. You reach me through WhatsApp, phone or email, and you decide what to share: usually your name, your phone number or email address, the address of the job and a description or photo.

I use that only to answer your question, give you a price and carry out the work. I keep it for as long as the job requires and for the legal retention period of my administration (7 years for the Dutch tax authority). I do not sell anything on and I do not use your data for advertising.

WhatsApp is a Meta service. What you send there travels through their servers, under their terms. If you would rather avoid that, call or email me instead.

What this website measures

I use PostHog to see how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and which buttons they click. That tells me whether the site is doing its job. The data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).

On your first visit I ask for consent. If you accept, PostHog sets cookies and I can recognise returning visitors. If you decline, I only keep counting anonymously: no cookies, no recognition, just a counted visit. Your choice changes nothing about what you can do on the site.

I never see who you are. No name, email address or IP address is stored with this measurement.

Changing your choice

At the bottom of every page you will find "Cookie preferences". There you can withdraw or give your consent, whenever you want.

Your rights

You may ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Send an email to info@habklusjesman.nl and I will reply within four weeks.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
