If you decline
Then no PostHog cookie is set. Your visit is still counted, but fully anonymously: PostHog derives a daily-rotating, irreversible code from technical characteristics and discards it the next day. It cannot follow you between visits or recognise you.
Everything on the site works exactly the same. Declining costs you nothing.
Where the data is stored
On PostHog Cloud EU, servers in Frankfurt. No IP address is stored. The data does not go to advertising networks; this site has no third-party ad or tracking pixels.
Changing your choice
Click "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page. There you can see your current choice and change or withdraw it. You can also delete the cookies yourself in your browser settings.
